Nonsense - buyer beware

You are presumably looking for concrete strategies to sell your services, correct? To, as the title implies, bring in more clients.

First, you should know that this isn't a 'real' book. It's a shoddily put together 'hook piece' that acts as an advertisement for the author's expanded services. That's right, almost every single page ends with, "To see my template, visit my website: [...] ", "Make sure you fill out an order form at my website: www...", for more information, please schedule a consultation with me by going to my website, "www...etc". Always in bold letters and underlines, maybe 2-3 times per chapter, every chapter.

In other words, this entire book is merely a ploy to drum up business for his website and consulting services. There aren't ten or twenty mentions of this - it is more annoying than pop-up ads, and there must easily be 80 - 100 of these slimy 'sales bait' tactics throghout the book.

If the template or 'further information' were of use, I would have expected it to be in the book I paid for.

You also have formatting issues because this isn't a professional work. For instance, Chapter 22 has totally different paragraph and line spacing than the rest of the book...no attention to detail.

Finally, and perhaps most damning, is that the strategies are awful. It isn't a concrete roadmap, broken down into steps. It's more like...vague advice, some of it very obvious. For instance, there's a whole chapter on how to make sure your staff smiles and is pleasant to clients. Another chapter tells you to inspire your employees! Yes, that's what the chapter is about. In very simple, vague terms, it tells you to make sure your employees are happy. There's another chapter, "Please Call Me Sir", which is about the importance of formalities...ie, your staff should be courteous and call people 'Sir' etc.

These are NOT sales strategies. They're painfully obvious basics to customer service. And in no way do they drum up business or bring in clients. There are perhaps 2 very short (2 or 3 page) chapters with real information, and it's pretty bvious stuff - start a website, do some e-mail marketing. That's about it.

This book is a scam by someone trying to sell you on consulting services, with no real substance. I wouldn't be surprised if the other reviews here were fake and part of the author's "inventive" marketing. Just to prove my point, I purchased another 3 books on the exact same subject...wow, major difference! The other books varied between them, but there was thought and substance behind the strategies...this looks like it was banged out over two or three days for a quick buck. The purpose of this book is not to genuinely help you; it's a glib attempt by the author to help himself with a minimal amount of effort - and it shows.

A Gem!

I'm glad that I came across this book. The client getting techniques offered are easy to implement and they work extremely well. I put Dr. Joseph's strategies to work 10 short days ago and have already taken on 13 new clients. A must read for any health practitioner serious about growing his or her business.

Never have an empty waiting room

I was skeptical when I first read the description. However, I went ahead and bought the book and have been pleasantly surprised. It covers actionable items you can implement quickly and easily. The author does a good job of describing everything in and easy way for even those who aren't super technical with marketing. Unlike other books I've read, this one gets to the meat quickly and has tactics you can implement immediately for your practice.
