tediously dull writing and uninteresting layout

A required textbook for my kid's college class. I have an MBA and am usually interested in anything having to do with business. I thumbed through this very expensive book and gratefully closed it after slogging through a few numbing pages. If you're a business teacher thinking about using it for a class, do the world a favor, put your copy out of its misery and send it to goodwills.

Worth reading

I purchased this book for my masters program in HRM for an employee relations class. So far, it is one of the most interesting books i have read. Very easy to read and very fluid. I still refer back to this book in my other HR classes as this book containis a wide range of topics.

Used this book for one of my first graduate classes in Industrial Management. It may be over 10 years old but the info is still relevant. I won't be selling this on back. Make sure you hold on to it!
